Our Target Audiences
We believe that IPM will have a revolutionary impact on farming in Malaysia and the world. That is why we strive to make our programs as accessible as possible. Proper education and training will bridge the knowledge and skill gap that exists, so that farmers can implement the use of IPM on their farms – confidently, safely, and effetively. That is why our training programs in Integrated Pest Management are accessible to several target audiences nationwide.
1. Conventional farmers
Farmers, in the highlands and lowlands of Malaysia – with or without formal education – can benefit from out IPM training programs which provide them with hands-on skills in the application of Integrated Pest Management to help their small farms succeed.
2. Recent Graduates
Young people who have recently graduated with a Diploma or Degree in Agriculture or a related field can access our programs to sharpen their knowledge and application of the latest technologies and global best practices in Integrated Pest Management.
3. Department of Agriculture Officers
In order for DOA extension officers to be able to inform farmers wwho they make contact with about the harms of pesticides and the benefits of IPM, we provide them with the necessary know-how via our training programs.
